Is it possible to build up energy in my hands and then use that energy to help someone heal?
When we focus our mind on a particular part of our body, energy will automatically flow to that part. If we concentrate very strongly, we can build up a larger amount of energy than normal. Then, assuming we have a focused mind and clear intention, we can project that energy to another person for the purpose of facilitating a healing.
